In this menu, platters are placed in the middle of the table, enabling everyone to relish a traditional Kefalonian meal with their loved ones.

Welcome
Riganada on rusks with fresh tomatoes, Kefalonian prentza, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar

To start with
Crispy Kefalonian fritters made with zucchini and carrots seasoned with dill and a hint of lemon zest

Salad
Cherry tomatoes, caper leaves, cucumber, Kefalonian gruyère, radish and roasted pine nuts

Main
Traditional tender rooster or rabbit marinated for 24 hours in dry mavrodaphne wine, accompanied by smashed garlic baby potatoes.

Dessert
Walnut cake in rich syrup or Kefalonian almond cake with cinnamon, cardamom and orange curd with grated mandola
