We’re delighted that you’re considering Cook for Duke for your event! Pricing Our pricing is based on a per-person model, tailored to your guest count and selected menu. Prices include VAT, service charges, and kitchen cleanup. For a precise quote, simply submit your booking request, and we’ll provide full details. Please let us know of any guest count changes at least 15 days before your event. For wine pairings, please mention it when booking, and we’ll share available options and pricing. Cancellation Policy A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon the chef’s arrival. For bookings made within 15 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, Viva Wallet, and in-person payments. Cancel 21 days or more before the event for a full refund of your deposit. Missed payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without refund. To cancel, please notify us via email. If access to your venue isn’t possible within a 30-minute grace period, the booking will be considered canceled. Exceptions apply for force majeure situations such as illness or natural disasters. Reservations Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit; until then, it remains provisional. You’ll receive an email confirmation or update from us once finalized. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, our chef cannot fulfill your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. For gatherings of more than 20 guests, please contact us to discuss kitchen setup requirements. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies, so we can accommodate your needs. During the high season, pending booking requests remain open for 3 days. If we don’t hear back within that time, we’ll assume the request is no longer needed and release the date. Our chef arrives with all necessary health and safety certifications. For recurring events, we’ll tailor arrangements to best suit your needs. Cooking Classes To reserve your spot, a 20% deposit is required, with the balance due on the day of the class. A minimum of 6 adults is required per class, with up to 12 participants maximum. Submit your booking request for pricing details. Cancel 21 days before the class for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within 21 days due to high seasonal demand.
