Pricing & Policies Overview

We’re excited to provide you with our pricing and policies:

 

Pricing:

  • Our pricing is based on a per-person model, tailored to your guest count and chosen menu.
  • It includes VAT, service charges, and kitchen cleanup.
  • Submit your booking request for precise pricing.
  • Please inform us at least 15 days in advance of any changes in guest count. No refund will be issued for a reduced guest count within a week of the event, as preparations are based on the original reservation.
  • For wine pairings, let us know during booking for full details on pricing.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon the chef’s arrival.
  • For bookings within 15 days, full payment is due at booking.
  • We accept bank deposits, Viva Wallet, and in-person payment.
  • Cancel 21 days before the event for a full deposit refund. Within 20 days, no refund will be issued due to peak season demand.
  • Missed payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
  • In case of a cancellation, please notify us by email. If access to your premises is not possible within a 30-minute grace period, the booking will be considered canceled.
  • Exceptions are made for force majeure situations like illness or natural disasters.

 

Reservations:

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. Until then, it’s provisional.
  • We’ll notify you by email with confirmation or cancellation.
  • If our chef can’t fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • For gatherings over 20 attendees, please contact us for kitchen setup details.
  • Dietary restrictions or allergies? Let us know in advance.
  • Due to the high season, we will keep all pending requests open for 5 days. If we do not hear back from you within that time, we will assume that you no longer require our services and your request will be cancelled.
  • Our chef arrives with all necessary health certifications.
  • For recurring services, we’ll tailor arrangements to suit your needs.

 

Cooking Classes:

  • To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due on the day of the class.
  • Minimum of 6 adults required, up to 12 participants.
  • Submit your booking request for pricing details.
  • Cancel 21 days prior to the class for a full refund; within 20 days, no refund is possible, except for health-related issues with a doctor’s note.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after cancellation.
  • Email us for any dietary restrictions or concerns.
