Rest assured, our pricing covers VAT, service charges, and even the cleanup of your kitchen space.

Simply submit your booking request, and we’ll promptly provide you with precise pricing details.

Kindly keep us informed at least 15 days in advance if there are any adjustments to the number of guests attending.

Should the actual guest count be lower on the event day, rest assured, though no refund can be offered. Our chef’s preparations are aligned with the initial reservation.

For youngsters below the age of 12, we extend a warm gesture of a 50% discount. It’s important to note, however, that this discount doesn’t encompass wine costs.

Cancellation:

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved. Here’s the breakdown:

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance to be settled upon our chef’s arrival at your location.

If your event is scheduled within 15 days, the full payment will be due at the time of booking.

Ease your mind—various payment methods are at your disposal, including bank deposit, Viva Wallet, and an in-person point-of-sale option to settle the remaining balance at your convenience.

Considering a cancellation? No worries. If done 21 days prior to the event, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit. However, within the 20-day window, a refund won’t be feasible due to heightened demand during peak seasons.

Adhering to the aforementioned payment timeline will help you steer clear of any potential complications.

Should you miss the payment deadline, we’ll be compelled to treat it as a cancellation without eligibility for a refund.

Also, in the event of a cancellation, a cordial email notification will suffice.

Should circumstances prevent our chef from accessing your premises, a 30-minute grace period will be observed. Beyond that, we’ll be obliged to consider it a cancellation, unfortunately precluding a refund.

Please bear in mind that force majeure situations—such as exceptional challenges, conflicts, acts of nature, or certified serious illnesses—are acknowledged exceptions to our standard cancellation policy.

Reservations:

Ready to secure your booking? Fantastic! Here’s what you should know:

Your reservation attains official status once the deposit has been successfully received. Until that time, it remains in a provisional state.

Expect a final confirmation or, if necessary, cancellation after we communicate with you via email.

In the unforeseen event of our chef being unable to fulfill the engagement due to health or uncontrollable circumstances, rest assured that you will be entitled to a full refund.

Cooking Classes:

Ready to embark on a journey to culinary mastery? Here’s what you need to know:

Seize your spot in our cooking classes with a 30% deposit, while the remaining amount will be due on the day of the class.

Our classes require a minimum of 6 adults to proceed, and we can comfortably accommodate up to 12 participants.

For young ones aged under 10, a 50% discount is extended as a gesture of welcome.

To unveil our pricing details, kindly submit a booking request, and we’ll be sure to share the specifics with you.

Considering a change of plans? If the decision is made 21 days prior to the class, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.

However, within the 20-day window, refunds won’t be possible.

Exceptions are made for unforeseeable circumstances, such as challenges or health matters, substantiated with a doctor’s note.

For any dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, please don’t hesitate to send us an email with the pertinent details.

Anticipate the processing of refunds within 3 to 5 business days following the cancellation.
